J U D G M E N T

The petitioner has filed the captioned writ petition seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P6 representation filed before the said respondent for the settlement of timings.

2. Smt.Sylaja S.L., the learned Government Pleader, on the basis of instructions received, submitted that the timings have already been settled pursuant to a duly convened timing conference, in accordance with the provisions of the Motor Vehicles Act , 1988, after issuing notice to all affected operators, including K.S.R.T.C.

In the light of the afore, nothing further remains for consideration in this writ petition, and the same would stand closed as infructuous.
