ORDER

The petitioner is the wife and the respondent is the husband. Petitioner seeks transfer of OP(HMA) No.1926 of 2024 and OP No.989/2025 pending before the Family Court, Attingal to the Family Court, Punalur. The petitioner has stated that she is residing at Nettayam, Nediyara P.O. at Punalur 13 Kms away from the Family Court, Punalur and it will be convenient if the case is transferred to the Family Court, Punalur. It is also stated that the Family Court, Attingal is 60 Kms away from her residence and she will have to take several buses to reach the court. It is also stated that she does not have a job to look after the son. Even though the transfer is objected to by the respondent, I do not find any serious objection raised. The petitioner has made out sufficient reasons warranting a transfer.

In the above circumstances, the transfer petitions are allowed and OP(HMA) No.1926 of 2024 and OP No.989/2025 pending before the Family Court, Attingal stand transferred to the Family Court, Punalur.
