JUDGMENT

As per the order dated 14.10.2025, the learned Government Pleader was directed to produce the file No. RDOTVM/11050/2022-J1 in respect of Ext.P2 order. Today, when the case is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Pleader has produced the copies of the file.

The learned counsel for the petitioner, however, submitted that he is willing to comply with the directions in Ext.P2 order passed by the Maintenance Tribunal, Thiruvananthapuram, and that the writ petition is not pressed.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
