Dated this the 2nd day of February, 2026 ORDER The petitioner is the original 2nd accused in CC No.109/2008 (now pending as CC No.894/2019) on the file of the Court of the Judicial First Class Magistrate-I, Nedumangad (‘Trial Court’, in short), which has originated from Crime No.18/2008 registered by the Palode Police Station, Thiruvananthapuram alleging the commission of the offences punishable under Sections 341 and 323 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
