ORDER
Dated this the 31st day of January, 2026 The petitioners filed this Crl.M.C under Section 482 of the Cr.PC, praying for quashing Annexure-I First Information Report involved in Crime No.1364 of 2021 of Koothattukulam Police Station.
2. Learned Counsel for the petitioners, as well as the learned Public Prosecutor submitted that, in this case, the Police completed investigation and filed Final Report on 12.07.2022, before the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-III, Muvattupuzha, and the case is now pending as C.C.No.694 of 2022.
In the above circumstances, this Criminal Miscellaneous Case has become infructuous and accordingly, it is dismissed as infructuous, with liberty to the petitioners, to challenge the Final Report.
