J U D G M E N T
The petitioner has filed the captioned writ petition seeking police protection against the alleged threat from the side of respondents Nos.5 and 6.
2. While admitting the writ petition on 11.07.2023, this Court had directed the 3rd respondent to afford adequate police protection to the life of the petitioner and his staff. The said direction has been extended from time to time.
3. Heard Sri.Sayujya Radhakrishnan, the learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri.K.Siju, the learned counsel for the 4th respondent, and Sri.S.Sreekumar (Kollam), the learned counsel for respondents 5 and 6.
4. In view of the interim protection granted by this Court as above, I am of the opinion that this writ petition can be disposed of by making the afore interim order absolute.
Accordingly, this writ petition would stand disposed of as above.
