Dated this the 29th day of January, 2026 The prayer in the writ petition is for a declaration that the petitioner is entitled to be regularised in service by the 2nd respondent-Corporation in the post of Store Attendant with effect from 09.02.2011 that is the date of her original entry in service or the date on which she completed 10 years of continuous service. The petitioner has preferred Ext.P12 representation before the KTDC and seeks early disposal of the same in view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Jaggo v. Union of India and others [2024 KHC
6750].
2. The counsel for the petitioner brought to the notice of this Court, a judgment in W.P.(C) No.32998 of 2025 wherein, in similar circumstances, this Court directed the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation filed by the petitioner therein in the light of the judgment in Jaggo v. Union of India and others (supra). In view of the limited prayer made, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider and pass orders on Ext.P12 representation, in the light of the judgment in Jaggo v.
