Dated this the 29th day of January, 2026 The counsel entered appearance on behalf of the 2nd petitioner and submitted that the earlier counsel who appeared for both the petitioners has relinquished the Vakalat. The present counsel holds Vakalat for the 2nd petitioner only. There is no representation for the 1st petitioner.

2. On behalf of the 2nd petitioner, it is submitted that the 2nd petitioner wants to file a fresh writ petition in view of the subsequent developments.

The writ petition is dismissed, granting liberty to the 2nd petitioner to approach this Court again.
