JUDGMENT

Dated this the 29^th day of January, 2026 The counsel entered appearance on behalf of the 2^nd petitioner and submitted that the earlier counsel who appeared for both the petitioners has relinquished the Vakalat. The present counsel holds Vakalat for the 2^nd petitioner only. There is no representation for the 1^st petitioner.

2. On behalf of the 2^nd petitioner, it is submitted that the 2^nd petitioner wants to file a fresh writ petition in view of the subsequent developments.

The writ petition is dismissed, granting liberty to the 2^nd petitioner to approach this Court again.
