This application is filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short, BNSS ), seeking pre-arrest bail.
2. The applicant is the accused No.14 in Crime No.1434/2025 of Ponnani Police Station, Malappuram District. The offences alleged are punishable under Sections 112 (1), 335, 336(1), 336(2), 337, 339 and 340(2) r/w Section 3(5)
of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhitha, 2023 .
3. The prosecution case, in short, is that the accused persons in furtherance of their common intention to commit the offence, created forged certificates and mark lists of various courses of various universities and educational institutions from 2018 onwards and sold them to the persons for huge amounts in order to get employment in India and abroad and thereby committed the offences.
