ORDER

The prayer in this transfer petition is to transfer O.P.No.1571/2024 filed by the respondent before the Family Court, Ernakulam to Family Court, Thrissur. The 1^st petitioner is the husband of the respondent and the 2^nd petitioner is father of the 1^st petitioner. O.P.No.1571/2024 has been filed by the respondent. It is stated that the respondent ordinarily resides in Thrissur and the marriage was solemnised at Irinjalakkude, Thrissur. Originally two original petitions were filed by the 1^st petitioner before the Family Court, Thrissur. It is stated that it will be convenient for the petitioners as well as the respondent to prosecute the cases before the Family Court, Thrissur.

2. Even though the counsel for the respondent objected to the transfer, on going through the facts of the case, I am convinced that interest of justice will be served if the transfer petition is allowed.

The transfer petition is hence allowed and O.P.No.1571/2024 pending before the Family Court, Ernakulam stands transferred to Family Court, Thrissur.
