JUDGMENT

When the matter came up for consideration on 09.01.2026, there was no appearance for the petitioner and when the matter was taken up for consideration today also, there is no appearance for the petitioner.

2. Further, a statement has been filed by the 3rd respondent, against whom the allegations are made, wherein it is stated that the property has been transferred to a third party. The details of the same have also been stated therein.

Since there is no appearance for the petitioner for two postings, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
