Court found sufficient grounds to transfer the case for the convenience and necessity of addressing related pending cases.

ORDER

The transfer petition has been filed by the wife of the respondent seeking transfer of O.P(Others) No.846 of 2025 pending before the Family Court, Mavelikkara, to the Family Court, Attingal. The respondent has entered appearance and even though objections have been raised, I do not find any reason to consider the objections in view of the fact that the petitioner wife has travelled around 107 Kilometers to attend the case at Family Court, Mavelikkara and other cases are pending before the Family Court, Attingal, which the respondent necessarily has to defend.

In the above circumstances, the transfer petition is allowed. O.P(Others) No.846 of 2025 pending before the Family Court, Mavelikkara shall stand transferred to the Family Court, Attingal to be considered along with O.P.No.1217 of 2025 and Crl.M.C.No.211 of 2025 pending before the Family Court, Attingal.
