JUDGMENT
Ext.P1 is an application preferred by the petitioner seeking transfer of registry, as also, for subdivision of the petitioner’s property having an extent of 236 cents in various survey numbers, as detailed in the writ petition and the same is pending before the respondent Tahasildar. The petitioner seeks a direction to dispose of Ext.P1 within a time frame.
2. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader, this Court directs the respondent to consider and pass orders in Ext.P1 application, in accordance with law, expeditiously, at any rate, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the judgment before the respondent, for compliance. Needless to say that the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the respondent, in case any measurement of the property is required, which direction is given taking into account of the fact that the extent involved is substantial to the effect of 236 cents.
The writ petition stands disposed of, as above.
