O R D E R

The accused in Crime No. 644/2020 of Cheruthuruthi Police Station, Thrissur, have filed this Crl.M.C. praying for quashing Annexure-C FIR & FIS involved in the above crime.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor as well as the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the Police have already filed the Final Report and the case is now pending as S.C.No. 409/2021 before the First Additional Sessions Court, Thrissur.

3. Therefore, this Crl.M.C. has became infructuous and accordingly, this Crl.M.C. is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the Final Report.
