JUDGMENT Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the direction stipulated in the Interim Order could not be complied with by effecting the payment mentioned therein.

3. Taking stock of the settled legal position that, by exercising the powers under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, this Court cannot interfere with the proceedings in terms of the SARFAESI Act , which has been legitimately instituted, this Writ Petition will stand dismissed.
