JUDGMENT

The prayer in the original petition is for a direction to the Sub Court, Thodupuzha to consider and dispose of Ext.P4 petition (I.A.No.12 of 2025 in O.S.No.49 of 2019) before commencing the evidence of the plaintiff. The respondents have entered appearance and objected to the prayer for consideration of Ext.P4 petition.

The original petition is disposed of directing the Sub Court, Thodupuzha to consider and dispose of Ext.P4 petition (I.A.No.12 of 2025 in O.S.No.49 of 2019) and commence the trial after the issuance of orders in the above petition.
