This review petition is filed by the appellants in MACA No.179 of 2025, who were the claimants in O.P.(MV) No.1084 of 2018 before the Additional District & Sessions Judge-VIII & Additional Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal-IV, Ernakulam, seeking review of the judgment dated 23.07.2025 rendered by this Court in MACA No.179 of 2025. The appeal was dismissed on the ground that there was a delay of 933 days in filing the appeal, and the application for condonation of delay was also dismissed.
