When this matter was called today, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that no reliefs are being pressed for by his client in this Original Petition, since pending this matter, the judgment has been delivered by the learned Family Court in O.P.No.184/2025. He, however, sought liberty for his client to invoke other remedies as are available in law.

In the afore circumstances, this Original Petition is dismissed.
