This Crl.M.C is filed seeking to quash Annexure-A1 FIR in Crime No.781/2017 of Panangad Police Station, Ernakulam.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the Petitioners, who are accused Nos.1 to 3 in the said crime, submits that his clients are not interested in pursuing the matter any further, inasmuch as they have already filed a discharge petition before the jurisdictional court.

Recording the said submission, this Crl.M.C is dismissed.
