JUDGMENT The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submit that the matter has been settled in mediation. A copy of the mediation settlement has been placed on record.

In the light of the above submission and taking into consideration the terms of settlement, this writ petition will stand disposed of recording the terms of settlement and directing that the parties shall be bound by the terms of settlement.
