JUDGMENT

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a copy of the order dated 27.01.2026 has not been served by him on respondents 2 and 3. He, however, submitted that a certified copy of the order directed to be served on the petitioner has already been received.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition.

Permission is granted. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
