JUDGMENT

1. The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to de- freeze his bank account and remove the lien therein.

2. The learned Government Pleader, on instructions from the Respondent No.4, submitted that a statement has been obtained from the Petitioner in which he stated that he permitted operation of the account to one of his friends by name Davood Muhammed for his personal use; that the account is frozen because of some crypto trading and that he does not know anything regarding the freezing of his bank account. It is seen that the Petitioner is only 20 years of age and is a B.Com student. It is clear from the statement that the Petitioner has permitted another to use his account and the said person used the account for some illegal activities. No relief can be granted in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed.
