JUDGMENT

The prayer in the original petition is for early disposal of EP.No.16 of 2025 in LAR.No.34 of 2014 pending before the Additional Sub Court, Kottayam. A report had been called for and the Judicial Officer has reported that six months time will be required.

In the above circumstances, this original petition is disposed of directing the Additional Sub Court, Kottayam to consider and dispose of EP.No.16 of 2025 in LAR.No.34 of 2014, at the earliest, at any rate, within six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
