JUDGMENT
The above writ petition is filed with following prayers :
(i) “Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing respondents 1 and 2 to afford adequate and effective police protection to the petitioner and his workers for removing ordinary soil and for proceeding with the construction of the residential house in his property (ii) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing 1st and 2nd respondents to ensure that 3rd and 4th respondents or any other persons do not cause obstruction or threat to the petitioner’s life and property; (iii) Dispense with filing the translation of vernacular documents.
(iv) grant such other relief’s as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper as on the facts and circumstances of the case.” [sic]
2. The petitioner is the absolute owner and possession of 25 cents of property comprised in Re-survey No. 4
