J U D G M E N T
The writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to pass orders on the application preferred by the petitioner under the provisions of the Arms Act and Rules. It is seen that though a notice was issued on 28.08.2024 by the 1st respondent, no orders have been passed, so far, on the application.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the
1st respondent to consider and pass orders, in accordance with law, on the application submitted by the petitioner for an Arms licence at the earliest, at any rate within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
