JUDGMENT Sushrut Arvind Dharmadhikari, J The present intra-court appeal under Section 5 of the Kerala High Court Act, 1958 assails the judgment dated 03.10.2024 passed in W.P.(C) No. 23728 of 2014 and order dated 10.12.2025 in R.P. No.1543/2025, whereby the writ petition was disposed of and the review petition was dismissed.
2. Heard on C.M. Application No. 1 of 2026 seeking condonation of delay. The writ appeal has been filed with a delay of 446 days.
3. In the application filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, it is stated that the judgment and order against which the present writ appeal is preferred was passed on 03.10.2024 in W.P.(C) No. 23728 of 2014 and 10.12.2025 in R.P. No.1543/2025, respectively. The certified copy of the judgment was received in the office of the appellant on 04.11.2024.
