This application is filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short, BNSS ), seeking regular bail.

2. The applicant is the sole accused in Crime No.28/2026 of Mulavukad Police Station, Ernakulam District. The offence alleged is punishable under Section 22 (b) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 .

3. The prosecution case, in short, is that on 12.01.2026 at about 11.45 hours, the applicant was found in possession of 0.67 grams of MDMA at the Ro-Ro Jetty premises, Vypin. It is alleged that on inspection, the substance appeared to be MDMA.
