The counter affidavit filed by the respondents pursuant to the earlier order sets out the steps taken in response to the alleged violation of the conditions of the soil mining permission. Based on the reports obtained from the Village Officer, appropriate action has been initiated. The affidavit further discloses that a stop memo has already been issued, and the same is under challenge in W.P.(C) No. 2333 of 2026.

2. In view of the above, no further orders are called for in this petition. We are satisfied with the steps taken by the 7th respondent in this regard.

3. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
