JUDGMENT
The petitioner gained Ext.P1 work Order to supply ordinary earth to the contractor of the project by name, Megha Engineering and Infrastructure Limited (MEIL), Hyderabad, in connection with the construction of National Highway-66. Ext.P2 is the Order issued by the District Disaster Management Authority, granting permission to remove ordinary soil from the Government land. The first condition in Ext.P2 is an assessment to be made by the Geologist as regards the earth to be removed, as also, the royalty and seigniorage to be fixed in respect of the same. The same has not been done, is the short grievance of the petitioner.
2. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the leaned Government Pleader, this Court notice that, Ext.P2 dated 11.10.2022, wherefore, the inaction on the part of the 2nd respondent/Geologist appears to be serious.
