JUDGMENT
The writ petition is filed with the following prayers.
“i) to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction or order directing the 2nd respondent not to convene the timing conference as per Exhibit P3 notice in compliance with the grant of permit as per Exhibit P2 order, regular permit to the 3rd respondent in respect of her stage carriage KL- 14/G 7802 ;
ii) to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction or order directing the respondent to reconsider the grant of permit in accordance with law n respect of his stage carriage of the 3rd respondent AIS 052 specifications BS IV, after affording an opportunity to the petitioner and interested operators, forthwith, or at any rate within a time limit to be fixed by this Hon’ble Court, in the interest of justice;
iii) to dispense with the translation of any vernacular documents if any;
iv) to issue any other appropriate writ, direction or order which this Hon’ble Court deem fit in the circumstances of the case.”
2. The issue raised in this writ petition is covered by the judgment of this court in W.P.(C) No.36460 of 2025 dated 05.02.2026.
