JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking an expeditious disposal of Ext.P2 application filed by the petitioner for revision of his own timings concerning the vehicle bearing registration No.KL—40/5560.

2. The learned Government Pleader submits that there is no objection to a direction being issued to the respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P2, in accordance with the law and after hearing all affected parties, within two months.

3. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader and having regard to the limited nature of relief sought for, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent/competent authority to consider and pass orders on Ext.P2, in accordance with the law and after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all affected parties, within two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.

The Writ petition is disposed of as above.
