JUDGMENT

An affidavit has been filed by the respondent bank, wherein it is stated that the notice issued to the petitioner, which led to the filing of this Contempt, has been withdrawn as per Annexure 1 order produced along with the affidavit, and tendered unconditional apology for the same.

Taking into consideration the above facts and circumstances, I am inclined to accept the above affidavit and in the light of Annexure 1 order produced along with the affidavit, the Contempt of Court Case is closed.
