JUDGMENT
In the above writ petition, among other reliefs, the petitioner has also sought for a permission to remit the loan amount due, under the One Time Settlement(OTS) Scheme.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent bank submits that an OTS Scheme is presently in force in the Bank.
Therefore, the above writ petition is disposed of as follows:
The petitioner may file an application for closing the loan account under the OTS Scheme within a period of 10 days from today. If such an application is filed by the petitioner as directed, the 2nd respondent shall consider and pass orders on the same, in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner.
