2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly submitted that subsequent to our order dated 30^th January 2026, Petition for Special Leave to Appeal (C) No.4507 of 2026 was taken up for consideration on 10^th February 2026 and was dismissed.

3. In view thereof, the present petition has now become infructuous and stands dismissed as infructuous.
