ORDER

This application is filed by the applicants under Section

482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 seeking pre- arrest bail apprehending arrest in a crime involving non bailable offence registered at Pavaratty Police Station, Thrissur District.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the applicants as well as the learned Public Prosecutor.

The learned Public Prosecutor on instructions submits that no crime has been registered against the applicants at the Pavaratty Police Station. The above submission is recorded and the anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
