JUDGMENT

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that, pursuant to the interim payment made by the petitioners, the loan is regularized.

In the circumstances, the Writ Petition is not pressed. Petitioners seek liberty to approach this Court, if necessity arises in future. Liberty granted. The Writ Petition will stand dismissed as withdrawn.
