Dated this the 12th day of February, 2026 The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Crl.M.C.

was filed challenging the FIR and that now the final report has been filed after completing the investigation. Therefore, he seeks permission to withdraw this Crl.M.C. with liberty to challenge final report.

Permission granted. This Crl.M.C. is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to challenge final report.
