JUDGMENT

The prayer in the original petition is for an early disposal of I.A.No.5/2025 in C.S.No.2/2025 pending before the Commercial Court 1, Kottayam. This Court had called for a report from the Judicial Officer and the Judicial Officer has reported that the petition can be disposed of within three months time. In view of the report, this original petition is disposed of directing the Additional Sub Judge, Kottayam to consider and pass orders on I.A.No.5/2025 in C.S.No.2/2025, at the earliest, at any rate, within three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.
