This Contempt Case is disposed of by directing Forest Department to ascertain and find out whether the petitioner was granted permission for ecotourism in Kuruva island as it appears from the order dated 25.09.2024. The permission for ecotourism shall be restricted to Forest Department.

In the event it is found that the petitioner was permitted for ecotourism by the Forest Department, we intend to mention that in terms of the order dated 25.09.2024, he acquires the right to operate.
