ORDER

The applicant has approached this Court apprehending arrest in a crime involving non-bailable offences.

2. The learned Senior Public Prosecutor on instructions submits that a crime has been registered against the applicant by the Kunnathunadu Police Station as Crime No.221/2025. It is further submitted that the said crime has been transferred to Cyber Police Station, Ernakulam Rural.

The applicant has approached this Court without approaching the Sessions Court concerned. Hence, this application for pre-arrest bail is dismissed with liberty to the applicant to approach the Sessions Court concerned and seek regular bail. In order to facilitate the applicant to prefer the application for bail before the Sessions Court concerned, she shall not be arrested for a period of two weeks from today.
