Dated this the 11th day of February, 2026 Petitioner absent without any representation. The accused no.22 in Crime No.637/2019 of Mala police station, filed this Crl.M.C.

under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for quashing the FIR against him.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor upon instructions submitted that in this case, the police already completed the investigation and filed final report. In the above circumstances, this Crl.M.C. became infructuous and accordingly it is dismissed as infructuous.
