Dated this the 11th day of February, 2026 The learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that the revision petitioner died on 08.07.2024. So far no application has been preferred by the legal representatives of the revision petitioner for impleading them in the party array.
2. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that the legal representatives of the revision petitioner have no idea to proceed with this matter. In the above circumstances, this Criminal Revision Petition is closed.
