Dated this the 11th day of February, 2026 The petitioner filed this O.P(Crl.) filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India praying for a direction to the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court- II, Kollam, to consider Ext.P1 petition dated 28.06.2025 filed by him in M.C No. 89 of 2022. As per report dated 06.02.2026, the learned Magistrate reported that the said petition had already been numbered as C.M.P No. 1 of 2026.
2. Today the petitioner, who appeared in person also submitted that the above petition had already been numbered by the learned Magistrate.
In the above circumstances, this O.P.(Crl.) is closed.
