The learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that the revision petitioner is no more, and that so far no persons have approached for getting impleaded as the legal representatives of the deceased revision petitioner.

In the light of the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this revision petition is closed as abated by the death of the revision petitioner.
