This Contempt Case is filed by the petitioner for willful disobedience of the order of this Court passed in W.P.(C) No.15269/2024 and order of the Review Petition No.752/2025.
2. The learned Senior Panel Counsel appearing for the respondents filed an affidavit along with PPO before this Court on the last date of hearing. Thereafter, the case was adjourned for getting instructions by the petitioner.
3. We have perused the PPO issued by the respondents in compliance to the order of this Court in both Writ Petition and Review Petition.
4. The learned Senior Panel Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the PPO has been issued on 06.02.2026 and the preparation of bill for crediting the amount will take another one or two weeks. The submission of the learned Senior Panel counsel is placed on record. 5. In view of the compliance of the order of this Court by the respondents, there is no need to take any further action in this matter.
Accordingly, the Contempt Case is presently closed.
However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the Court, if the order is not fully complied by the respondents.
