IN THE HIGH COURT OF KERALA AT ERNAKULAM
MOHAMMED NIAS C.P., J
ELSY CHACKO – Appellant
Versus
ADDITIONAL DISTRICT MAGISTRATE, DISTRICT COLLECTORATE – Respondent

Advocates:
For the Appellants/Petitioners: SRI. R. RANJITH
For the Respondents: SRI. NIRMAL S.

JUDGMENT

The writ petition is filed challenging Ext.P3 order passed by the Additional District Magistrate on 22.08.2022, through which an electric connection was directed to be given to one Eldho Paul, who is not a party to this writ petition. Apart from that, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent submits that the order has already been implemented and a connection given pursuant to the said order. This is recorded.

Accordingly, in the absence of the beneficiary of Ext.P3 order in the party array and taking note of the fact that the order impugned has already been implemented, I am not inclined to interfere with the impugned order at this distance of time and the writ petition is accordingly closed.
