JUDGMENT

Dated this the 11^th day of February, 2026 When the matter was taken up for consideration today, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the directions contained in the judgment dated 28.05.2025 have been complied with. Recording the said submission, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the contempt petition may be closed, reserving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the respondent.

Taking note of the aforesaid submissions, the contempt petition is closed, granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said order before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law.
