J U D G M E N T

Dated this the 11^th day of February, 2026 The above writ petition is filed seeking the following reliefs:

i) to issue a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ order or direction to respondent Nos. 1 to remove project proposal namely ‘Mele paramba – Chalapuram Tharipakutty Road’ of 2018-19 Project Proposal to lay concrete through petitioner’s property altogether measuring 2 ¼ acres of property in Survey No.439/1A and 439/1B and Re-Survey Nos. 143/7 and 143/4 as per Settlement Deed No.3899 of 1992 of Sub Registrar Office, Kondotty.

ii) such other reliefs as this Honourable Court may deem fit and appropriate to grant.”

Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayers sought for in the writ petition have become infructuous. Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
