When this matter was called today, Sri.T.K.Shajahan – learned Senior Government Pleader, submitted that administrative sanction for the work has been awarded and proceedings will be issued not later than 24.02.2026.

2. We, consequently, close this Contempt Case, recording the afore undertaking of the learned Senior Government Pleader.

We, however, order that this matter be listed to verify compliance on 27.02.2025, though the Contempt of Court Case will stand closed.
