SALMAN FARIS – Appellant
Versus
DILIP K KAINIKKARA – Respondent

Advocates:
For the Appellants/Petitioners: SHRI.THAREEQ ANVER
For the Respondents: GP SMT DEEPA V

JUDGMENT

This contempt case is filed alleging violation of the interim order dated 13.05.2025 in WP(C) No.16906/2025. Admittedly, the writ petition is pending and is to be heard by the same Bench. In such circumstances, a separate contempt case need not be entertained. The petitioner can file appropriate application in the pending writ petition if there is any violation of the interim order.

Granting liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate application in the pending writ petitioner, this contempt case is closed. All the contentions raised by the petitioner in this contempt case are left open.
